In taking a cue from Fuddruckers, I tried using Emeril’s Creole Seasoning (homemade) on top of my hamburger, after it was cooked. It was delicious. BTW, Fuddruckers adds a seasoning on their hamburger after it is cooked. Maybe I can try blackened hamburgers next.

Monday, February 18th, 2008I just cannot get over the chicken noodle bowl recipe on dougthecook.com. In order to satisfy the beef eater in me, I tried substituting flank steak for chicken in the recipe. It did not turn out as well as I expected (though I love flank steak). Oh well, why mess with a winner.
